30-Day Refund Window

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible.

  • Certain items (such as clearance, sale, or final-sale products) may not qualify for refunds.

Refund Process

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item(s).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

  • We’ll work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order.

Printful Fulfillment

Since all products are made-to-order through Printful, items may ship from different facilities. Apparel Knight remains your point of contact for any refund requests — we’ll handle the process with Printful on your behalf.
